This session explores how menopause and perimenopause affect autistic people and why this life stage is frequently overlooked or misunderstood. It examines hormonal changes, sensory processing, and executive functioning differences, alongside the impact on mental health, wellbeing, and daily functioning.
By completing this CPD session, participants will demonstrate that they can:
